• Scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each service. Please help yourself and others by being on time. We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to begin your relaxing spa experience. Services for late arrivals can only be extended for the time remaining in the scheduled session.

• If it becomes necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice so that we may give others the opportunity to enjoy our services. Without proper notification, the scheduled treatment price will be charged.

• Gift certificates are valid for one year from issue date. Sorry we cannot extend them. Gift certificates must be presented on the day of the appointment. No cash refunds.

• If you are dissatisfied with a product (including gift certificates), please return the unused portion within thirty days and we will happily entitle you to an in-spa credit.

• We love children too, but the spa is a getaway for adults. Please make arrangements for your loved ones on your appointment days. Teens are welcomed.

• If you are pleased with your treatment and would like to leave a gratuity, we can add it to your credit card, gift certificate, check or you can leave cash with the concierge when checking out.

• Upon entering our peaceful retreat, please turn off pagers and cell phones.

• All spa services must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate, or you may pre-pay 48 hours prior to scheduled services.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

• We are not responsible for lost items.
